And the Next Cancelled Show is...

Sony boots Mayim Bialik from Jeopardy. Ken Jennings will be the only host.
That happened months ago.

My wife explained "It's because she was too amazed by how any one managed to answer any of the questions, and over congratulated all the contestants for a job well done, seriously cutting into the number of Questions she had time to ask." ...Which just seems insane.

No. She went on strike in solidarity with WAG & SAG-AFTRA months ago. Yesterday she was fired.

I like both Ken and Mayim and didn't mind having multiple hosts.

It looks like some finger-pointing: Mayim says Sony let her go, Sony says Mayim quit. All I know is it looks really bad for a massive corporation to terminate someone's employment because they stood up in favor of the unions.

I don't know that having two hosts would have been sustainable in the long run, so I don't find it to be any surprise if they let one go. But firing them for standing up for something like a union does seem in bad taste.

Even though I like the show I am actually okay with this. 6 years is a good run and after lasts season arc with Guillermo the show has sort of reached the end. He finally got his wish and it didn't work out. Bringing closure makes sense for all the characters at this point. Wouldn't mnd a spin-off though. A show were a bunch of werewolfs live together or Collin Robinson on his own. Maybe he gets married to a human woman and has kids and moves to the suburbs or something like that.

Something spun off something.

I heard that they were on pause, because the show in the US was taking up too much bandwidth.

In 2021 Clement said it was a pause & he didn't know if they would ever come back. In 2022 when it started airing in New Zealand it was called the final season. There has been nothing since.

Apparently Courteney Cox had a show called Shining Vale and it's been canceled after two seasons.

Courtney Cox had an Amazing show called Shining Vale.

Either Courtney's character is possessed by an evil witch from Hell, or she is having period psychosis. They keep swinging back and forth from demonology to insanity, but what ever is wrong with her, she literally has to cut her family up into little pieces with an axe.

It's really good.
