And Now Unfortunately you have to watch Knight Rider.

OK, curiosity got the better of me, and I'm watching it now. I'm surprised Torchwood is popular enough to get a nod in a primetime network show.

A show doesn't have to be popular to be good.

It just has to seduce one "writer" who is already in the business and surrounded by the genre to one degree or another?

I think it was odd that three years on, that Claire is still thought of as that Cheerleader who saved the world. Surely the show has progressed past first principles in the public consciousness?

I'm not saying it does, I'm surprised that a show on BBC America, that gets a couple of hundred thousand viewers would get a name check on a primetime network show.

Last night i watched the time loop episode of Eureka...

"He's my very own Doctor W.H.O."

"OH I love that show, did you see the one w..."

"No, I mean that my fiance works for the World Health Organisation."

And I saw the other night's Family Guy where thy had like ten gyus dressed up as Tom Baker... :)

It's the new world order people.

What was cool is that one of the kids was dressed as Paul McGann!!!

Talk about an obscure reference that only die-hard fans would get!!!

:techman:

Taking a second look, one of them obviously had Colin Baker hair, but still chose to dress up as that Doctor's cousin.

Now that's a real statement. Maybe?
