An idea about the Master

When the Master returns he needs Dalek Bumps...

They're etheric beam locators....and they're also extremely firm.

Nice tits

My only excuse is I've only ever seen him in the BttF trilogy. Plus I confess to a certain predjuce against American actors playing major roles on Who.

(If someone tells me he's British I'm gonna do the mother of all facepalms)

I think he is American, but it isn't like the Master hasn't been American before ;)

And maybe there's a neat logic to this, Americans have for many years relied on British villains, maybe its time to return the favour?

He's American but let's face it, Glover's weirdness is truly above and beyond national boundaries and defies conventional nationality.

Agreed! :techman: I can understand if George McFly is the only thing you know him from. However, even cursory glances at his other roles will lead you down the same path of conclusion I came to, as far as casting him as a Master.

I also agree with Starkers that there is no reason The Master, if any of the characters, can't be American or a non-Brit. I'll never argue that point for The Doctor, but, for The Master I think it serves the role to have a little variety...

I can still recall someone in the cinema behind me when Charlies Angels came out going...

"Is that George McFly?"

I bet he can do a British accent anyway...

Glover made "Clowny Clown Clown" that's already more evil and terrifying than anything the Master ever did.
