The Uencarrah are a dwindling wolf-like race that is now less than 1% of shier home world's population. Sion is over populated by another race known as the Sonjieon.
The Uencarrah are subjugated and segregated by the Sonjieon . The official story is that they were bred out of existence through the blending of both Sion born races.

Nope, all Uencarrans. Just the females have eyebrows.

Ninety-nine plus percent of the population on Sion is blonde?

Wouldn't that make An-Gel part of an elite ruling class, since she's one of the less than one percent with non-blonde hair and a three-digit IQ?

Her Grandfather is the last Uencarran in the ruling class.
