Anybody know how to make an Adult Swim section...?
Well if you want, it's in the Adult Swim, second page, at STPMA under " Nude Yoeshin in Holodeck 2".
http://stpma.net/index.php is just "STAR TREK PHOTO MANIPULATION ARCHIVES" and not the Adult Swim section.
You'll have to join and be over 18yrs of age first.

How many campaigns are there in this RPG? I see twelve characters posted to eight different ships. Which ones are current?

They all are. The Task Force has 8 separate ships, 12 players and each player has a character on each ship. 96 PCs in all.
We make up scenarios and submit them to the Admiral, and he selects which ship, or ships will be assigned to the mission.
The one who planned the scenario, GMs the game that night. It's all one big campaign with an on going story-line.
