You know, this is the fourth photomanip I've seen putting young Miss Glau into Trek*. She's the most popular actress never to have been in the show!
I have to say, in the first two pictures of Alexis Bledel, the hair doesn't seem quite right. Where it goes past her shoulders the contrast with the uniform seems a bit too much, meaning it looks clearly artificial. The third picture though is much softer, and more natural.
*Please note; this is an observation, not a complaint. More Summer Glau is good. Keep it up.
I disagree. I think it emphasizes the fact that her hair isn't actually hair, but some kind of plant fiber meant to emulate hair. The bright color would be more than a little likely, and some bioluminescence would also be fitting...
