All-Time Funniest Weyoun moment

After reading this thread again I just had to go watch that scene. DS9 was so awesome.

"Why don't you go talk to Worf again?"

Aaaah, they got plenty more clones back in the GQ.
Weyoun: Pah-wraiths and Prophets. All this talk of gods strikes me as nothing more than superstitious nonsense.
Damar: You believe that the Founders are gods, don't you?
Weyoun: That's different.
Damar: In what way?
Weyoun: The Founders are gods.
:D

Another vote for the neck-snapping and conversation with Damar afterwards.

One scene I do find funny I'm sure was unintentional: I don't remember the episode, but Weyoun is laughing presumably at something the Breen just said. The camera pulls back about two feet and Damar's staring at him. Weyoun stops and says "Ah Damar, there you are". Bad eyes indeed :p

I think Damar just entered at that moment, but I like that scene too.

I think someone mentioned "Time to sart packing" yet. On of my favourites :D

I always thought that Weyoun was just being intentionally dismissive towards Damar, showing him just how little he cared. I didn't see it as funny at all, but rather as mean-spirited and contemptuous.

It could very well be, and I just hadn't picked up on it in that way. I've always assumed it was an artistic licence thing. I think a re-watching may be in order :)

One more scene I'd like to add was when Jake and Nog were trying to get all those parts for the wing nut trying to extend his life and Weyoun caught wind of what was going on, captured Jake and Nog, brought them onto his ship and then pulled out the after-school principal scene on both of them, as if they were going to die..... (possibly could have died if they didn't tell the truth) and then eventually once he got the truth out of them, decided to change his tone and once again, was all friendly and decided to make some proposals to the scientist about cloning and extending one's life...... while also being nice enough to give Jake and Nog the baseball card which started the whole mess in the first place, lol.

Not the funniest moment of Weyoun, but it's an honorable mention.

To me it seemed like Weyoun was treating Damar as a servant whereas Thot Gor was closer to an equal.

I always liked the scene in Sacrifice of Angels where Dukat goes into his long-winded speech about what a "true victory" is and at the end Weyoun just looks at him half incredulously/half exasperatedly and says "I had no idea."

Not a Weyoun line, but a Jeff Combs line...

In the movie Fortress, his character is explaining why he is in prison. he tells how he is an explosives expert, and used his skill to blow up the door of a safe holding millions of dollars. But his partners didn't appreciate it, and they turned him in. When asked why, he replies...

"Aw, shit man, I blew up the money!"

A great line and Combs delivers it perfectly!

I laughed the first time I saw it and it's still my favorite.

I almost forgot another moment. When we first meet Weyoun (#4), the Jem'Hadar First gives his "victory is life" speech, you can see Weyoun in the background rolling his eyes! Hee. And then he sarcastically says something like "Such a charming people," to the Starfleet personnel re: the Jem'Hadar. HEE! I believe that's in episode 4X23 "To the Death."

And that's probably why the Jemmies killed him. Presumably Weyoun 5 learned not to be such a sarcastic little jerk. :rommie:

Aww but I loved Weyoun's sarcasm. It did seem intact in later appearances, but hopefully he got on better with his Jem'Hadar after that. Also, I think I remember Jeffrey Combs coming out a fan event (after DS9 was over). They had just shown some clips of him as Weyoun and when he went on stage he said, "Long live the Dominion. *pause* How many times did I die?"

Seriously, toward the end it was like a running gag, like "How many times and in how many ways can we kill Weyoun, only to have him come back five seconds later?"

Gotta love the Vorta!
