Suckered me, ya bastich!
Seems like the logical solution is to just sub Grevious in for both Ventress and Durge. For a convention game, I am attempting to reconcile a old legends battle of the Clone Wars into the canon The Clone Wars. Specifically the Battle of Ohma-D'un where a Separatist force exterminated a colony of Gungans with a biological weapon early in the war. I want to redo this as a reprisal attack for the Gungan's aid on Mon Cala witl a slightly larger action of Gungans and Clone forces defending the colony while the Jed hunt done the bioweapon culture. Trouble I am having is the forces due to this being after Ventress leaves Dooku's service, but before Umbara.
Still want to have Anakin and Ahsoka there with the 501st. But probably without Obi-wan. So what two Jedi might go as well. The can be nobody.
Today is April 1, so that should have been your first clue...
No kidding. Inanity prevails and Gotcha moments are lurking. I have little tolerance for foolish behavior.^Soon to be renamed "Let's All Just Stay Off The Internet Day"
At least you're willing to admit it. Some people get defensive at the notion.Suckered me, ya bastich!
Brilliant!
Well, they're not Kenner originals, but there are custom made figures available out there.I would buy the Hell out an Ackmena figure.
For a second I forgot what day and it was and thought that was legit, until I clicked on the link.
And this is why we always hover over links first, to make sure they're really sending us where they claim! For a second I forgot what day and it was and thought that was legit, until I clicked on the link.

As for the other two Jedi; it could be just about anyone so take your pick. Kit Fisto seems like an easy pick for a mission to a water moon, but that might feel too much like repeating the Mon Cala arc. Not many other named Jedi from one of the aquatic species, so just about anyone will do. The only question is; what role do you want them to fulfil, and what kind of character would best fit and be a good combo with Ahsoka & Anakin?
I always forget you can do that. And this is why we always hover over thinks first, to make sure they're really sending us where they claim!![]()
Just inventing a pair of new characters is certainly the easy option, since it allows you to tailor them specifically to that scenario, and based on what figures you have available.Grevious sure. I was thinking a pair of Mistryl Shadow Guards (they were in the CIS before the Empire devastated their planet) to act as another set of guards for Dooku besides his IG-100s.
I don't really know what I want for the other two Jedi. It be reasonable to have another master/padawan like grouping, but I'm not sure if I want them with Anakin-Ahsoka going after the lab, or helping leading the defense of the colony. Or leaving that up to the players on who goes. We are acquiring an AT-TE for the battle to give the Gungan/Clone force an actual piece of firepower against the old Trade Federation tanks that have fitted for the bioweapons.
We are mostly using the old Wizards of the Coast figures from the early 2000s with new rules we cobbled together to be able to run the Battle of the Grassy Plains with an army of 300 Gungan (approximately) against waves of B1 battle droids. We did an Arena Battle as well a few times with 50 Jedi verse monsters, B1, B2 battle droids, and Geonosians. This year I wanted to change it up while using what figures are available to us, which means using Gungans and B1 battle droid for at least half the forces, but using what clone trooper we have and other figures to make something different. We have a lot of Jedi with some custom figures of various races to choose from. I just wonder if they should be a pair of known characters, or just two random Jedi that can be killed without much care. Because its the Clone Wars, I suspect the potential players maybe know characters, so there is that as well to consider. (We run the Arena Battle one year and had a number of kids playing, and they really, really wanted to kill Dooku. They tried really hard. They didn't kill him, but they got close, losing I think six Jedi in the attempts).
