Johnny Depp as Scrooge? Just shut up and take my money.
I would hardly consider a film with Johnny Depp to be peanuts.
How many of his movies from the past eight years have you seen? How many can you even name?

What does it matter? How many of his movies from the past eight years have you seen? How many can you even name?![]()

It's not that I couldn't answer, I simply think your question is irrelevant. You know perfectly well why he hasn't been in much the past eight years so don't even try and go there with me.LOL, first you say "I would hardly consider a film with Johnny Depp to be peanuts," then you tacitly admit you can't name a single one of the seven movies he's worked on inthe past seven years? If they were such big, non-peanut deals, why haven't you heard of them?![]()
And now we get to the real heart of the matter.(You don't have to answer this, BTW. This is enough Depp talk for me for... oh, at least a month.)![]()
I could have sworn this had its own thread but I couldn't find it.
Star Trek desperately needs something like this.
Not really. Lucas always wanted to push boundaries with different levels of technology.crazy how the disney star wars universe kinda stops making the live action and more of the animated

Disney+ To Triple International Original Output - What's On Disney Plus
Ever since Disney+ launched, we’ve seen the number of international originals slowly available on Disney+ and Hulu grow, with awhatsondisneyplus.com
From what I understand, they are cutting back on expensive Marvel and Star Wars productions while tripling the production of cheaper international content.
The problem is, we don't live in that era anymore. Also, back then, budgets exceeding $30 million were considered high budgets. We hadn't seen films with budgets of $200 million or more, 'as high' as Titanic. Even in the 90s, films with budgets 'too high' (over $60 million) were rare. The first Star Wars film was made for $11 million. Because the inflation rate hasn't been the same since then, even if you try to do everything with practical effects today, you can only reach a budget of around $100 million. Including actor salaries, that figure could reach $200 million.for the disney star wars universe they should i guess make the disney star wars movies and tv shows like the pre special edition original trilogy movies in the lucus films star wars universe
as in the original trilogy verison that were made in the 1970s and 1980s
and as for disney marvel universe well i guess they could make there mcu movies and tv shows like it was the old days of lucus films star wars era
