Don't know what an "A&M" is (guessing it's the 'looking like something on TV'-frame) and yes, that's most probably 'shopped' -it even looks like the image is taken from another 'imaeg wif txt'.

Texan culture is replete with jokes, sometimes affectionate, sometimes not, about students and alumni of Texas Agricultural & Mechanical University, or Aggies. Trekbbs is the last place I expected to see an Aggie joke.
