Don't know what an "A&M" is (guessing it's the 'looking like something on TV'-frame) and yes, that's most probably 'shopped' -it even looks like the image is taken from another 'imaeg wif txt'.

The logo on the hat, stands for Texas A&M University. And it looks edited on to me.

The line of the letters doesn't seem parallel to the base of the cap. And there's no hint of the M on the front, which I'd expect would be somewhat visible.

Made in China for cheap -it's just what you'd expect... The compression artifacts around the letters of the logo, however, look a bit off if compared to the rest of the cap.
