No, it doesn't.

I'm a big fan of slapping people down with Snopes, but that article you linked to doesn't specifically say it doesn't, and in fact one of the quotes towards the bottom even says that when you heat things you increase the chance of releasing chemicals and that you should used glass or ceramics.

It does shoot down the dioxins in water bottles bit, but that's a separate issue.

There's plenty of studies that show chemicals are released when microwaving though.
