Indeed, it's the picture that sells it

All I can figure is it's a time sink. You only realize at the end you've been played.
I think, if I've interpreted "The Game" correctly.

AFAIK, it's this:
The cabinet behind the guy has no door or shelves or anything. The door has been Photoshopped across the room.

Not againnnnnnnn :(

For those not seeing it: [Wikipedia]
The Game is a mental game where the objective is to avoid thinking about The Game itself. Thinking about The Game constitutes a loss, which, according to the rules of The Game, must be announced each time it occurs. It is impossible to win The Game; players can only attempt to avoid losing for as long as they possibly can. The Game has been variously described as pointless and infuriating, or as a challenging game that is fun to play. As of 2010, The Game is played by millions worldwide.

Oh, I thought that was just funky furniture

So far, I've only seen one of these so-called "Mind Fucks" that actually was one.

Then it's really crap because I didn't think about a game at all while I was reading the clues and it didn't take me very long. So not difficult and not a time sink.
What about when you eventually read through all the clues and came to the words "The Game"?

EDIT: This was more aimed at people already playing The Game, an in-joke if you will, rather than people new to it, so I'm sorry if it confused you. Though I hope if you do ever think of The Game again, you feel like telling someone you lost it.
