I've never seen the 2 part version of this (awesome) episode and I was wondering, where does part 1 end in the 2 part version, is it the scene where Q says to the crew members in his courtroom "guilty" ?

As far as I remember it was right after Picard said: "Commander, assemble the Senior Staff and go to Red Alert ... we have a bigger problem than I thought!" and Riker responds "Red Alert!"

"All Good things..." was a 2-hour long episode. It was later edited into 2 x 1-hour long episodes (trimmed down to account for commercials) for use in syndication and a VHS release (although the original, 2-hour cut was also available).

From Wikipedia:

"All Good Things..." was broadcast as a two-hour episode; reruns are most often shown in edited form as two one-hour episodes with the Part I/Part II break occurring immediately after Picard is returned from Q's courtroom and informs Riker of the incident.
