No they really don't.Yes. CBS is desperate. Midnight's Edge has a good piece about the huge number of canceled subscriptions they had shortly after Discovery premiered

Yeah, they really so. It's in one of the dozen or more videos Midnight's Edge has on their feed about the Discovery production woes. Do a little legwork and you'll find it.No they really don't.

Midnight's Edge is full of shit. They don't seem to have much awareness for Star Trek's making of history, and their bias stinks throughout, invalidating any objective "reporting". My favorite is their implication that Netflix was upset with how CBS was producing DISCOVERY. What was the reason? "They were not being faithful to Prime canon".
HO. LY. SHIT.
Only fanboys.

You really need to stop believing everything you read on the internet. Benjamin Franklin said that, you know.
Berman is not pleased.I have an inside source that says CBS is so unhappy with Discovery, that they plan on firing Kurtzman and cloning Roddenberry to take over the franchise!
Yep. I signed up for a month and binged the whole season then canceled it. i'll probably do the same this season.
Wouldn't these numbers be available in a shareholder report?Midnight's Edge is just an echo chamber for people who want Discovery removed from production. They get you to click because they are telling you what you want to hear.
Wouldn't these numbers be available in a shareholder report?
No one but CBS has the actual numbers for All Access, and no one but CBS knows if it is performing to the expectations they laid out for it.
Wouldn't these numbers be available in a shareholder report?
Owning a single share of CBS stock would do it.Even if they were, how would the morons at Midnight's Edge get that information?

No idea. But it appears anyone can read the reports: http://investors.cbscorporation.com/financial-releases.And do they claim to have any shares?
CBS All Access and Showtime OTT, are greatly exceeding our expectations. Our goal was to have eight million subscribers combined by 2020, and we are now on track to hit that number in 2019. For that reason, and based on our trajectory of growth in these services, we now predict that CBS All Access and Showtime OTT will have 16 million domestic subscribers by 2022.
What're the definitions of "greatly exceeding our expectations" and "on track?" They don't give numbers or an expected growth percentage year over year.
I found a dollar last night. That greatly exceeded my expectations. Also, by definition, that means I'm on track to make a million dollars.
