Alan Rickman dies at 69

I honest to God don't know how to react. Prince Of Thieves, Potter, Die Hard, Dogma, Hitchhiker's Guide, Sense and Sensebility, Blow Dry, Sweeney Todd, Perfume, Love Actually..... I could go on and on.... So many of my favorite movies featured him in either a big or a supporting role. His humor, his style, his class, his drama.....

:(

This is awful news. Rest in peace, Alan, you were one of the best actors I could have ever watched perform his craft. :(

Alright, listen you fucking year: Bowie, and now Alan Rickman, and we haven't even left the first month?! Fuck you, year. Be over already! We have had enough of your bullshit, goddammit!

One of our greatest character actors. He was one of those actors who I just assumed would always be around, turning up in all sorts of different roles. He could do comedy, drama, action, whatever was called for. Absolutely LOVED him as Snape. A great loss. RIP.

I was watching some YouTube clips of Marvin the paranoid android today and I had forgot that was Alan Rickman he was a multi-faceted actor, leaning more towards comedy but his dramatic roles were just as memorable.

I was shocked and saddened when I heard the news of his passing. He was a truly wonderful thespian and a great man who was revered by many. May he rest in peace.
