Abs - Yay or Nay

But seriously, I once tried to work on the old rectus abdominis with floor exercises*. Rectus? Damn nearly killed us.

One of my neighbours has the personalised numberplate ABZ (plus a number). Never actually seen the fellow, but one presumes he's fond of the gym.
