Well my friend, my wife is Russian and by some miracle of God, she watched the movie and liked it. I could have gotten that cleared up for you long ago. Oh well. I do have to agree that they smack the transporter pad pretty hard. Anyway, if anyone else needs some Russian translations from now on , I can get it for you.

Yeah, it was on last week and I hadn't seen it in a while, so I watched it. I was looking for a good haloween avatar and when that came on , I knew what to do. The Huey Lewis thing is the best, especially the little dance he does

Oh, I very much doubt that it's anything like official. What it seems to be is the result of someone copying down all of the English subtitles which appeared on the screen, perhaps from a version of the film dubbed into another language for overseas release. Errors in the subtitles are not all that uncommon (weekly television episodes are far worse) but you'd presume that there would be fewer of these in a feature film. Additional errors could have occurred during transcription, as well - say, if someone were in a hurry.
