Merry Christmas from the land of snow and ice. We were terribly lazy today and decided to forgo church, but I'd say that after drvining in pure ice and snow for 8 hours you deserve a break.

Something similar happened to me last year at my ex's dads house. I was searching for a blank disc and after being handed an unmarked disc was too busy talking to focus on what I was doing. The usual prompt came up and, as the disc was supposed to be blank, I hit enter to open it so I could drag and drop...

Shame the disc wasn't empty. When I automatically hit the enter key I never noticed 'Play files' was highlighted showing me a glimpse of his gay porn collection.

After I switched it off I decided to leave the unmarked discs alone.

Yep. Hence last night's heavier-than-usual drinking. Particularly by my underage brother. Poor thing's scarred for life. He couldn't look at my mother the rest of the evening. Total Oedipal complex.

That's classic. Mom and Dad's homemade porn from Tahiti. You couldn't write this stuff any better. And of course, they don't, you know, hide away the naughty stuff, nooooooo they have to leave it unlabeled amidst other unlabeled discs.
I'd say the fault lies squarely on the Dad. I doubt the whole thing was Mom's idea. But then you never know.....must.....stab out eyes.....ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

...And it's not even over, yet! Because my Uncle came in this morning, we deferred opening gifts until later this evening. Little Bro and I cringe when we meet each others' eyes, because it's going to take everything we have to keep it together when she opens that particular gift. There are no naughty pics on it...but she's going to have to keep it in her room or something because neither of us will ever be able to look at it!

This really has been a hilarious Christmas. I have another excellent story to share, later.

My first homemade Christmas dinner was perfect! The turkey was just right, and my gravy was smooth and tasty :techman: We also had a wonderful bakery pumpkin pie to top it all off :drool:

Of course, my dad will want me to do the same every year now! :lol:
