A Storm of Swords: end of ASOIAF?

I came across this article about A Storm of Swords serving as an endpoint for the Song of Ice and Fire series (http://the-artifice.com/a-song-of-ice-and-fire-book-three/). For those of you who read the series, do you agree that it would be better for the story to end with A Storm of Swords?

The way GRRM writes nothing will ever be resolved. SOS would be a bad place to end.
