I bet he had some private effeminate tendencies, given his mambo routine in Insurrection. Then again, those gender roles are supposedly erased in the 24th Century (see the skirt uniforms worn by male crewmen in the 1st season), so it may have been normal for anyone of any gender to have whatever interest they wanted. While it would seem 'gay' or 'feminine' to us (esp. in mambo-less nations), to them it was 'meh.'
And don't forget Neela Darren.
There's also the Ba'ku lady whose name also escapes me. Seriously, who would leave such a place with a setup like that?![]()
His tryst with Vash would seem to discredit that theory.
He was also attracted to Dr. Crusher too, wasn't he?

Was Captain Picard gay?
Give it some thought if you're inclined or just laugh it off.
I've always seen him as bisexual. *shrug* Not that it matters much in the 24th century anyway, but still. The fact that we never saw him with a boyfriend doesn't mean that he never had one.If Q is the freed nature of Picard, and Q might be gay, is there some possibility Picard is repressing homoerotic parts of himself?
Patrick Stewart: It is certainly possible. Picard's had plenty of affairs and relationships.
No, it's not.
Bussard collectors are inanimate objects, devices attached to the forward nacelles of starships.
The question of a sentient being's sexual preferences is obviously different in kind, unhappy face notwithstanding.
