I'm jealous. I want to be able to plot while mowing, but I just can't do it. I need a yellow legal pad and index cards to make my brain switch into plotting mode.

I miss mowing the lawn, myself and Mrs-Dimesdan have lived in three first floor flats together and we haven't had a garden, I used to mow the lawn at my dads, but not done that in a while.

I step away from the Lit board for a couple days and The Original Series has apparently been cancelled??

And unlike the real TOS, no one here will organize any sort of campaign to bring this one back.

When I was writing my thesis I used to go on long walks and write in my head. When I got back I would then start typing it out. If I sat in front of the screen with a blank page I could not organise my thoughts. I still sometimes do that now when writing computer code.
