Ok lads, speak to me. I have an interesting problem and could use some assistance.
There is this TV show here called 'Beauty and the Geek', perhaps you have heard of it. They are casting for the second season and I intend to go and get myself on the show and win the money. Sounds good right? But there's a catch - a couple of catches. I can't go as myself. I have already dealt with this production company on another show and they will not let me 'double dip'. So I need a new identity.
Also I am not anywhere near geeky enough. But seeing as how I am shopping for a new identity I figure I'll fake it- it's not as if any non geek will be able to tell the difference!
My problem is with switching identities though. I could change my name legally but we have interviews for that sort of thing in this country and I can't very well go up to them and say 'I want to change my name from Nick X to John Y so I can trick a TV production company into thinking I am not who I am'. They require proof of identity from auditionees and these can be a passport, birth certificate or drivers license. One of these I will need to fake.
This is where I come to you for advice. Are you able to come up with a brilliant solution to this conundrum? Can you see an angle which had escaped me? Any Aussies here with 'connections' that can get me the paperwork I need?
KTHX
