A Borg Changeling?

I'm not sure either of them would have the advantage.
While it seems quite plausible that changelings cannot simply be assimilated (*) on the other hand, changelings might not get very far in infiltrating Borg ships either.
That is, Borg would probably 'feel' immediately that a drone -or even if they were hiding as a chunk of supposedly Borg equipment -wasn't actually part of their collective and take action if deemed a threat. They don't usually do so with humans roaming around their ships, no, but that could simply be due to the low threat factor they assign us.

I think you're right for the two powers themselves but I wonder about something like one Jem Hadar fighter crew running into one Borg scout ship somewhere and having it play out something like Aliens vs Predator in having these two villain groups use their specific methods on one another.
I was just thinking about what Seven said in Voyager about the transwarp network having exit apertures in all four quadrants. If the Borg are branching out across the galaxy then I don't think it's that unreasonable to think a cube or a sphere might have come across Dominion space.
I've always thought the Borg would actually be interested in at least checking out the changelings due to their "biological distinctiveness" to see if it was something they could assimilate, and theoretically shouldn't the collective know about their existence from assimilating Starfleet officers during "First Contact"?

I know this isn't canon but I just remember loving this series so much and I thought I'd share the scene I remembered reading years ago.
From STAR TREK: RENEGADE episode 25 "Resistance is Futile."
EXT. SECTOR 7591 - SPACE (OPTICAL)
The SPACE BATTLE continues. Most of the Dominion's larger ships are in flames, leaving only swarms of fighters to
confront the Cubes.
THREE CUBES are now damaged, hanging back but not destroyed.
The other nine are in range of the planet.
PORTS on their faces open up, and a new kind of TORPEDO fires repeatedly toward the planet surface...
CUT TO:
INT. ENTERPRISE - BRIDGE
REES leans forward in her chair, watching as the new
torpedoes fire.
REES
What are those?
GIDEON
We're tapping into their tactical database now.
After a moment--
MIRREN
This is new. Those torpedoes are full of modified nanoprobes. They're designed to disperse over a wide area upon impact.
CARTWRIGHT
What good would that do?
CARR
It might answer a cosmic question:

As the torpedoes burn through the upper atmosphere, Rees rises from her chair, still glued to the screen.

Magnify.

The screen JUMPS back to the view of the Link-- just as SEVERAL TORPEDOES slam into it.
A BRILLIANT FLASH makes the bridge crew shield their eyes--
When it subsides, a blackish bubble has formed in the middle of the Link. It is spreading outward...
BEAUMONT
God Almighty...
The black stain spreads over the Link, fighting against its usual golden color. At the edges of the Link, several CHANGELINGS form into human shape and run away...
BEAUMONT (CONT'D)
"And I heard a great voice...saying, 'Go... and pour out the Vials of the wrath of God upon the Earth...' and the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea, and it became as blood, and every living soul died."
Finally, all that's left of the Link is a sickly black.

Yes.
She returns to her chair, as the viewscreen BLINKS back to a
view of the battle. The Borg Cubes have got it sown up...
Then a TORPEDO BARRAGE impacts the Cube next to our P.O.V.
It is badly damaged, and begins to drift. The camera angle
changes...
A HUGE FLEET of Dominion warships has appeared, FIRING ALL
WEAPONS. They charge into the fray, surrounding the Cubes...
LATER
There's a NOISE on-screen. The Founder turns his back to
the screen--
A NEW CHANGELING forms in front of him, a sickly-white
Changeling, its "skin" crisscrossed with the marks of
assimilation. It moves forward...
The FOUNDER turns back towards the comm--

FOUNDER
Destroy the colony! Destroy it now!
He MORPHS into a bird and flies away. The ASSIMILATED
FOUNDER ignores him, goes to the comm... we get a good look
at him...

Now that's just ugly.

I don't think the Founders would openly go to war with the Borg. I think they would use an outside power, like,say the Federation, to battle the Borg for them. Maybe they already have?

What could the Founders possibly give Species 8472 in exchange for fighting the Borg?
If you're referring to Eris (from "The Jem'Hadar"), I always assumed (and still do) that the only reason she had telepathic powers was because they were necessary for her mission.
Meaning, Vorta in general don't have that kind of ability, but Eris was given it because it was required for her "undercover" status as a captive.
Yes. The Dominion has a wide variety of Vorta available for different missions, with different genetically-engineered talents. Some are doing medical research trying to find a cure for the founders or develop new plagues for disobedient captive races. The ones who are basically lieutenants in charge of Jem Hadar platoons are just the ones we saw the most often in the war.
And there's also the bit about the Hunters and the Tosk.
Yes, I know this was never actually used on the show, but the intent was that 1) the Tosk and the Jem'Hadar were genetically bred from the same 'original' species, and 2) the Tosk were given as gifts to the Hunters because the Hunters are the navigators/trackers of the Dominion (each species has a specific purpose - the Founders are the leaders, the Vorta are the administrators/bureaucrats, the Jem'Hadar are the troops, etc.).
And you'll notice that not only do the Tosk and Jem'Hadar look somewhat alike, both have the same ability to shroud....

I've never really thought about it before, but with all this talk of the Borg and Dominion encountering each other...what about the wormhole aliens? I'm curious what the prophets would think about these linear cybernetic corporeal lifeforms passing through the celestial temple with the intent to assimilate Bajor.
I imagine the queen having one of those glowy visions with the prophets just looking at her and saying "Aggressive. Adversarial." while she tries to stick them with her tendrils, lol.

What technology? I doubt the Changelings needed any real technology of their own - they just used the technology of whatever sentient form they were copying. One got the impression that somehow Changelings could copy the personality of (or observe the person for days/weeks until they could do so).
I also don't see why the Borg would destroy them as it's not their MO. If they find something they can use; the Borg assimilate it; if they can't use it - they just pass it by and move on UNLESS it becomes an immediate threat. If that wasn't the case - they should have assimilated or killed any Star Fleet member as soon as they beamed onto a Borg ship.
