These are set for release on September 15. The previous two sets were tons of fun, so here's hoping for more.

The episode was about As such, it takes place between The Phoenix and Dark Phoenix Saga. However, the episode didn't air until at least a year later, and is just kind of out of the blue.

God, why can't folks ever release animated shows in the correct order?

There are a few problems with watching the episode by airdate.

For one, No Mutant Is An Island, should take place right after the Phoenix Saga. It doesn't make sense anywhere else.

Some of the other episodes need to be watched in a particular sequence, although the airdate order does seem to preserve most of this.

Family Ties, the episode in which Magneto learns that his ex-wife has died should go somewhere between Sanctuary and Beyond Good And Evil. And Cold Comfort should come before Family Ties as it introduces X-Factor.

Proteus and Weapon X, Lies, And Videotape need to both come before The Lotus And The Steel. and it makes more sense for Lotus to come right after Weapon X.

Nightcrawler needs to come before Bloodlines.

One Man's Worth and Sanctuary should come before Beyond Good And Evil. In fact, Beyond Good And Evil should really come at close to the tailend of the series, since it was originally meant to be the series finale.

I guess most of this still holds up, other than No Mutant Is And Island and Family Ties, but it still shouldn't have been that hard to put the episodes in script order. Heck, it is listed on wikipedia.
