For what it's worth, the Spin Doctors played up here in Anchorage, AK a few years ago and was a kick ass show. They still have it in a big way. The show sold out.

Also, we've gone through this whole thread and no mention of Madonna yet. I used to listen to her Album "Bedtime Stories" all the time and every song on that album was amazing, especially Survival, Secret, Human Nature, and Take a Bow. I also think Ray of Light came out in the 90s and most of those tracks were awesome too. Madonna really hasn't been the same since Music came out I think. "Confessions on a Dance Floor" was too electronica for my tastes.

For some reason Madonna's record companies don't like their videos being on YouTube, but here's a cracking live version of "Ray of Light" from Oprah. In my opinion it marked her bravest and most radical change of direction from her "sexy" years - personally, this was her career's highest point.
