Was the Xindi attack on earth based on 9/11.Both events are very similar america had never had an attack on the country like this before.

Remember in the nineteenth century when the Xindi invaded America in multiple locations and burned our nation's capital?

Oh that's right, that was the British.

There was this one time when the Xindi went back in time and dressed like Space Nazis and terrorized 1940s San Francisco, for some bizarre reason. Does that count?
