I can't listen to Randy Newman without thinking of Family Guy.

I was so annoyed when he won the Oscar over Enya/Howard Shore's May it Be from Fellowship of the Ring. That was the best song of 2001. His song from Monsters, Inc. was crap compared to his other stuff.
 
Zachary is awesome. But I am not impressed with this year's songs. And Randy Newman is a hack at best... but he will probably win. :confused:
 
Hmm, so maybe it's just the Les Mis fan in me or maybe the sound, but I would've rather heard more of Anne Hathaway's (altered) Eponine than either of those original songs...
 
I liked seeing Kirk Douglas. Screw anyone who didn't want to see him. You go, Kirk! Now the Social Network winning over Inception for best score, fuck that.
