All the BBC has said is that we'll see pictures of the Daleks shortly.

According to people at SDCC, Moffat said the trailer was a Comic-Con exclusive and that if it leaked on the Internet there will be no further Sherlock or Doctor Who exclusives at future SDCCs.

The whole 'only just regenerated' thing was never thought out as later in the episode that fanboy shows Rose all those pictures of Eccleston throughout history.

I think 9 and 10's guilt over the Time War still works if Hurt did it. Hurt is still the Doctor even if the others don't want him to go by the name. They still have to own up to his actions because he still is them.

Nine didn't really 'live long' - you think those events happened between Boom Town and Bad Wolf, with Rose and Jack hanging around in the background.
