Wouldn't you think that it would just be easier for them to release the comic-con trailer than make a new one, given that they have to promote the thing at some stage anyway?
I imagine the Comic-Con trail will end up on whatever home video release the anniversary special gets, so it's not like it's a total loss.
The BBC really sucks at PR. Way to go, let's piss off a bunch of fans! Brilliant!
Mr Awe
Suck's for the U.K because it was in America that the trailer was shown
Sucks for both sides because it's not being released at all
So BBC licence payers can’t see content that they paid for.![]()
Anyway, doesn't BBC America or Worldwide pay for the jolly each year to Comic Con, ergo, said trailer was funded by BBC America or Worldwide and not BBC Proper out of Broadcasting House.
Of course, LF money was used to film the original product, but that's just by the by.
If it works out it'll be the first Dalek story that Moffat has got right.
Asylum is one of the worst of the new series. The only new series one worse is Moffats other one, Victory. The whole 'only just regenerated' thing was never thought out as later in the episode that fanboy shows Rose all those pictures of Eccleston throughout history.
The TARDIS can... travel through time? Those happened "later".
If it works out it'll be the first Dalek story that Moffat has got right.
Dalek, Parting of the Ways and Asylum of the Daleks are the only worthwhile New Who Dalek stories.
TBH I'd rather they'd kept the Daleks for the Xmas show this year, since December 27th is *their* 50th anniversary...
