Is it worth it? I heard Enterprise was not good.

What was the ending again? Blt episodes aren't as strong as I would like thus are foggy in my memory.

She is back in the mess hall, eating her banana pancakes and smiling. I don't have a problem with that particular scene as such, but it was a bad resolution to the episode. Severe clinical depression just doesn't go away like that!

The way I look at it is that was the beginning of her getting treatment. Chakotay and that scene in the holodeck where she acknoledged her issue and together with saving the day in the Delta Flyer made her realize that she had a problem and needed help. To me that smile at the end was her kind of realizing that she had help and that it would be ok

I know a lot of people look at it that way and that's fine, but for me it just wasn't enough..or apparently not for a lot of other people either. There's a LOT of fanfiction codas for this episode.

It depends on who you ask. It wasn't my favorite. But it is a favorite of an on-line friend of mine.

I agree.

I think the scene meant she had realized she had a problem, she had started her treatment and was making an effort. Believe me, I know you can't just turn depression off because someone says you have to.
