5 little things that need to be done for "Discovery" to be a Prime Universe show.

Okay I got another. A group of young Milennial types along with their alien professor who has a disease that makes him sick whenever he is around technology come aboard and they are looking for the ultimate, safe space. One of the kids likes to break out into either rap or pop music, constantly. They see Burnham as a "Donald" but luckly Saru , "reaches" them and he even uses his ancient and alien voice synchronizer to jam with them. Naturally the music is piped through the ship and they are able to escape by knocking out a security guard who was, digging the music and go to where they think that safe place is. A alien planet inside of Klingon space. Problem is when they get their they find out all the food on the planet is from Monsanto. The professor though can't take the bad news so he climbs a tree and eats a apple, genetically created and filled with chemicals and dies. This of course will be a ep that in no way will feel comically dated in 20 to 30 years.

1. The male crew complains that there is no room for male Captains in Starfleet
2. A crew member is a collector of early 21st century communication devices, someone mistakes it for the latest personal comm, cos it looks so much more advanced than their 23rd century clunky ones.
3. A crew member asks the ship's historian, 'how comes we've never heard of Captain Archer'
4. Due to a temporal anomaly the Enterprise NX01 from E2 is discovered...again (oops wrong show :nyah:)
5. The same romantic music is used for all love scenes
6. The Tellarite, Andorian and all other non human crew hold a strike for not being allowed access to the bridge.
7. The Denobulans leave the Federation
8. T'Pau learns 16th century English...badly
9. T'Pring beings her affair with Stonn
10. Starfleet employs an Orion fashion designer for their next batch of uniforms to be worn from 2265 A.D

When characters arrive from an alternate future or timeline, Burnham must make a meta reference by saying that "let's call this universe the prime timeline, and your universe the alternate timeline."
 
At some point a rock creature most find out the nature of good and evil by pitting Burnham,Saru,JFk and a great leader from Saru's homeworld in big hand to hand fight with Hitler,Trump,Khan and Masuka, the evil queen from TNG's "The Mask" episode.

Someone listing three historical facts/historical people, with that list necessarily including:
1) Something/someone from our antiquity
2) Something/someone contemporary to us (late 20th/very early 21st century)
3) Something/someone from a fictional "history" that is yet to happen

Example in hypothetical dialogue:
"Some of the greatest scientific minds in history often grappled with that very same question, such as Archimedes, Stephen Hawking, and Dontarias Tolg of Antares IV"

Let's not forget the use of a metaphor to explain a tech problem. Kind of like:

"Captain the magnotic impulse generator is releasing triotic rays into the the ship's corridor's" then other person chimes in "Kind of like a house with a gas leak."

The show must have a famous catchphrase no ever actually says so that joyless pedant fans can go "I think you'll find they never actually said that" everytime they hear it quoted. The person they're correcting will never care.

The Discovery animated series will use this catchphrase all the time, forcing fans to pretend it isn't canon.
 
The ship will bring aboard someone from the 24th century, and everyone will remark how primative they are compare to people from the 23rd century.
