For most of the episode one or more crew members are trapped or endangered whilst the ship has to be somewhere else immediately. At the end of the episode when the situation has been resolved the captain orders the ship to go where it was supposed to urgently go... at warp one.
I am hoping someone tries to drive a computer insane through bad logic.

Use the same exact music whenever there is a fight scene.
Use the classic TOS fight music, or it's an affront to civilization itself.

I don't recall Mr Leslie being killed? Galloway appeared a few times in seasons one & two and was killed in 'The Omega Glory'. He then resurfaced under a different name in 'Day of the Dove' before returning as Galloway in 'Turnabout Intruder'.
