3D Printing

I have been 3D printing for a few years and now use Razors great TOS bridge model for a 10th scale full bridge. I have completed engineering now and was wondering if anyone knows of any TWOK era bridge models? Thanks

That's awesome! I may have to download that... I've always wanted a small bridge that i could keep on my desk.

Hey guys! Been pretty busy lately, I really haven't posted anything here in a while have I? I've built a shop out next to my house, and moved the whole model shop out of the house so that I could be better organized, and have more room. I've expanded my printer fleet up to 5 machines now, with one of them being an LCD Resin printer.

I have an indoor paint station, good AC and everything out here. :)

I actually just finished this one today. The Planet Killer is about 14 inches long, and the little Starship is a little over an inch long. I printed it on my Resin machine, which can do a crazy amount of detail on tiny prints.

Oh, Is that an anycubic 3d? Hows that working out for you?
I'm currently running a Form 2, and a couple string printers.. just wondering on the quality of the Lcd compared to the lazer. That and the Resin is a ton cheaper than the Form 2's.. by ALOT! ( $60 vs 180$) So were thinking of getting an anycubic for the smaller parts.. That and a Cricket cutter to cut up some vinil for paint masks and other things.. :)
Though we NEED a bigger plate printer.. but the Form 3XL is $10,000 >_< maybe some day.

Nice! My dream is some 1/6 scale Tmp bridge stations so I can pose the QMX figures like in the movie promo shots. Probably need some Perscan buckles for future pyjama outfits too...

Thanks for all the comments, guys. :)

Well, my plans are to make a model out of all of my 3D ships, but that will take a while.

I'm definitely still thinking of selling kits and completed models, too, but I've got some things to figure out first. Not sure how I'm going to get started. E-Mail me if there is something specific you are thinking about.

Made a fair amount of progress on Reliant... It all fits together! I did a little bit of sanding and cleanup too, but a lot of that left to go.

I've only got 4 little pieces of tape holding it together, and it's pretty solid.

More pics later. :)

Love the Abrams inspired ship. You planning on printing your Excelsior, and Saladin and the like?
Hey guys...

Started the next project already. :) I've always wanted one of the phasers from Star Trek 6, but I've never seen a model or toy of it anywhere. I decided to fix that, and build one. :)

I built the model from scratch, using a couple of photos from the net. I think it turned out pretty well. It'll be about 9 inches long, once I print it out.

Another thing I wanted to let you guys know about... In February, Pensacola Comic Con (Pensacon) will be coming back. I've applied to have an artist space there, to make available models and posters and stuff like that. Has anyone ever done something like that? Advice is welcome. :)

More pics later... I'm going to start printing this tomorrow afternoon.

There actually was a toy of it (I have it somewhere) but your print looks amazing and I have no doubt it would be very popular to sell. From what I have read many people love that design.
I really want one of those for making custom action figures. Can you change the size of something? Example: I still have my Major Matt Mason space station, which is scale to 8" figures, and I would like to reduce it for 4" figures. Also, reducing some Playmates heads to fit Mego/ERTL bodies.

CCC.
I have a similar question. I have a lot of 3.75/4" scale action figures and would love to print off a lot more playsets.
