Yes! It is Red Barchetta by Rush. I went with RED + BAR + CHEDDA (cropped the R.) Other hints: They have a song called The Trees and are from Canada (maple leaves.) Capitalized the R in rush and the song is about driving a red sports car. (Didn't realize it would be so difficult since the song usually ranks near the top any best of Rush list.)

You could not possibly have given more confusing clues. In your post about the "color word" I don't believe Rush was capitalize originally. However, I would not have gotten it anyway. I like Rush, but that song is pretty far down their hit list.
