Curiosity was getting the better of me, so I had to Google. Interesting, have not heard of that song before. Maybe once the answer is provided, you can post what the title *means*? Because I listened to the whole thing and still have no idea!

As for the title's meaning, the song's writer has said that the lyrics are about being up in the wee morning hours writing music. The time for the song is 3:35am or 3:34am (twenty-five (to 4) or (twenty-)six to 4) Official story anyway

Well it looks like @Avro Arrow got it first, so I'll sit this one out.
Sorry all, now I feel bad. I deliberately didn't submit an answer, both because I don't like to just straight-up Google the answer unless we all seem stumped and it has been sitting out a bit unanswered (which wasn't the case here), and also because I knew I wouldn't be able to get back to the board for more than 24 hours after my last post, and I didn't want to hold up the game. And now it appears I held up the game anyway.
