I have no idea who the first pic is, although I have a guess based on the other two clues. However, instead of throwing my guess out there, I will wait a bit to see if anyone else answers first, both to allow for others to participate in case my guess is right, and to spare myself potential embarrassment in case my interpretations of the other two clues are off, and my guess is very wrong.
When I first looked at it last night, I didn't quite place her. She looked familiar, but I couldn't say where from or who she was. And whether her being a cop was important.

So, if I've got the song correct here, I heard this for the first time within the last couple years. I'm not sure exactly when, but probably when my local radio station was celebrating their 70th anniversary by playing a bunch of retro songs. But I liked it well enough that I tracked down who it was by, so I could purchase it on iTunes. It's the only song I have by them, and might even be the only song I know of theirs (not entirely sure), so the fact that you picked this specific one is rather amusing to me! 
Of course that may be because it's their most famous/popular song; I don't know.
After all that lead-up, I'm probably wrong anyway!
