Looking good. I really enjoyed season 7 after only getting about halfway through the 6th season... The nearly 2 years gap between the 6th and 7th season put me back in the mood to watch the series again.
Hope Tony Almeida shows up at some point, would love to see him get a chance to redeem himself and for Jack and Tony to repair their friendship.

Nice! Could be as good as last season at least, even without a dead regular turned evil or not.

The scene with the actor who played Acaveda in The Shield appeared in the footage shown at comic-con. The trailers seem to reveal a lot more, trailer 2 especially. Of course, a lot changes after the first few hours in 24, as we all know.
Looks good. Nice to see Renee back and good to see Katie Sackhoff too. Enjoyed the look Freddie Prinze jr gave the guy who asked 'Who's Jack Bauer?'
And I'm also hoping for a return by Tony Almeida. Redemption, indeed, as a certain telemovie might have it.

She's a regular again this year. Indeed, she's in at least one of these trailers.
I don't feel strongly about the "Jack has retired but is drawn back into service one last time" angle. It was fresh in season two, but then he had a personal stake in the situation and it lead to some (egad!) character development.
Still, as long as it is not boring like season six, I'm game. Glad they've retained the POTUS from last season. The show seriously needs less Presidential turnover.
I think the tagline should be "Same shit, different day". I'll pass.
Come closer to January I suspect those ads to invovle the tagline "The Last season" since its been pretty hinted to death by Kiefer that season 8 will be his last. The 2 year gap helped the franchise in a huge way and season 7 was outstanding so I do look forward to the 8th and most likely last season of 24 as a TV show

Season 7 reinvigorated my interest (Even though I still say the season with Logan taking center stage, I think season 5) was the best) so this is really hyping the excitement. Can't wait.
