I enjoyed it. It's nice to have 24 back. Like the Hastings and Hassan characters.
Can't wait for the return of Red. It's a shame Legs got killed last season but hey, nothing beats Red.
Just finished the first two hours. This was the least exciting season premiere they've done so far, but as 24, it was still serviceable.
What are these drones? Predators?

It was pretty "slow-paced" but I'd say S1 and S2 are mostly like that too.

The season finale will have Jack covering himself in mud and Starbuck becoming an Angel.
And did Katee's character's life have to be another "Girl from the Sticks"
Kara Thrace also came from a low income chain smoking mom.
Next character she plays should come from a nice suburban family
I got a kick out of "Grandpa Bauer", I really did, I mean our big badass brass of balls action hero is now a grandfather. Who wouldn't get a kick out of that? ...but the novelty wore off within minutes.
I kind of like that they put the effort into having the guy hit the rails on the way down.Kiefer Kill Kount +2: A fire axe and gravity.

I wouldn't judge too much from the first couple hours. The first 4 hours of season 6 were pretty crazy packed and it turned out to be one of the bigger yawners and more criticized.

I know they're "in the future" storywise but the tech they used seemed so "today"
It's only five years IN THE FUTURE! I'm pretty sure that a cave man from 2005 would recognize his technology still in use today.I know they're "in the future" storywise but the tech they used seemed so "today"
The palm print scanners at the desks and the palm print access to the ammo room. The last part reminds me of a game
"Chloe gave you access to the ammo room!"
Bauer needs a phaser or a railgun 9mm
I wonder if he's going to get a job in LA with Liam Neeson's security firm, let the fireworks begin.
They mention Taylor's husband for a reason. He either has something to do with it, or will show up later in the season. They rarely do throwaway lines in this show. Heck, they didn't even ecplain the absence of Chase, at least yet.
