The guy who played Marcos was Kenny the twichy gay
neighbor kid from the "War at Home" and yes he was horrible.

As for the parole officer I felt right away he seemed crooked, I guess we'll find out??

Not as bad as previous episodes. Shockingly, CTU might have a director who isn't a complete knob.

Assuming Arlo doesn't turn out to be the mole, what does he actually do to serve the plot ?
