Hopefully they do something different with this "Jack on the run" storyline. Damn me for continuing to watch this dreck week after week.

But at least it's entertaining dreck (in that "turn off your brain and enjoy the ride" kind of way), unlike some other shows I used to watch (ahem, Heroes).

Yeah, same here. I love this show, don't get me wrong, but for once, I'd like to see Jack working on a case and have full support behind him (and people believing him, for that matter).
