Give it a watch it's actually kind of funny.

It is funny, especially that face Lucas makes in the second segment. But God damn, did it ever take me a while not to think of those films and that South Park episode.

One guy got his throat slashed with the scalpel, another got the scalpel thrown into his neck, the third got his neck broken. (There was a "crunch"/"snap" sound. So it wasn't him making them pass out like what he did to Bill and Freckles earlier in the day.)
