Those “Library Collection” trades are a good idea in theory, but they’re too small to collect everything in a reasonable amount of time. It looks like they only combine two normal trades. I foresee cancellation. Something like a Marvel epic collection would be better.
I ran a quick search and it didn't look like anyone's been discussing this yet in this forum. Technically not a Star Trek release, though I imagine some Trek fans might be interested in it all the same, and it certainly has a Trek-related title. This October, Patrick Stewart has a memoir being released titled Making It So. Details from Canadian Amazon.
IDW look to be in severe trouble. How it impacts current comics and future trades is very hard to say.
