A minor league game was delayed due to a goat on the field. Gives the term "farm team" a whole new meaning.

Yasiel Puig has been claimed on revocable waivers by an unknown team, Today's Knuckleball reported Tuesday. The Dodgers can now try to work out a trade with the team.

So the question now is, which team is desperate enough to take on this clubhouse cancer? Or, what team thinks they're the ones who can change him?

If it were the NFL, I'd say Dallas now and Cincinnati 10-15 years ago. Those two are/were a lock for grabbing troublemakers.

The unknown team that claimed Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig on revocable waivers had more interest in blocking him from going to another team than sincere interest in trading for him, a league source told ESPN's Jim Bowden.

Stephen A. Smith blows a gasket over the Tebow baseball "workout".

Understand, that may be true, but it's still a star power (draw) sign either way. Michael was never going to make it to the MLB.

There's still a fair amount of circumstantial evidence to suggest that Jordan taking up baseball was a cover-up for a secret NBA suspension due to his gambling (which was thoroughly out of control in the mid-'90s).

That makes a lot of sense to me. There is no way the NBA could have survived a gambling scandal.

In any case Stephen A. Smith is a clown.
