I actually hope the Red Sox win the wild card. The ALCS is always exciting when it's Yankees/Sox.

As for the NL wild card: Cardinals, definitely. I lived in St. Louis for four years, I actually kind of like the Cards.

And that's excellent news about Gary Carter. Poor guy's been through enough these months, nice to hear some good news for a change!

*sigh* rain delay in the Sox game. Gonna be a long night waiting for that one to clear up, if it does at all. At least the Sox are up at the moment, if rain ends up killing this one. Suppose that would be too much to ask for, not sure if they'll force them to finish this in the middle of the night...
