Someone mentioned this morning that folks really need to watch when Roy Halladay pitches against the Reds. 3 starts ago, the Reds rookie pitcher Travis Wood took a perfect game into the 9th inning. 2 starts ago was the no hitter Halladay threw in the playoffs. Then last night, the game goes 19 innings and the starting 2nd baseman gets the win.![]()

CRAP CRAP CRAP
Tonight turned from excitement to horror at AT&T Park. There was a pop up, Scherholtz was trying to make a play at home, and Cousins rammed Buster Posey who's leg didn't go the way it was supposed to. I was listening to the game, and it sounded like a clean play but I hate to see that happen to anyone, let alone a star player of the team I root for, and a hot young star in the league.
I hope he's ok, but I feel sick right now. It sounded serious, but hopefully how it sounds and what it is are totally opposite.
Other than that, it was an exciting finish. Giants tied it up late, Marlins score the go ahead and winning run. All that though is irrelevant.![]()
Well, Jose Bautista just became the quickest player to the 20 HR mark in Blue Jays franchise history, after 44 games. The previous record holder was George Bell, who did it in 53 games during the 1987 season.
