In case nobody told you, the US is not governed by "Muslim" law. [the proper term being Islamic law]. So all of this you bring up is utterly meaningless. The only person who determines what religion he is, is him nobody else.
Incorrect. Being a Muslim, his status is determined under Allah's law, which supercedes both man's law and Obama's opinion. Allah knows that Obama is a Muslim (which Allah would know because Obama was born Muslim under Muslim law) so even if every single person in the entire world thought Obama was not Muslim, they would all be wrong.
That's the great thing about Islamic law. It's based on the idea that if you disagree with any aspect of it, you're wrong because you're disagreeing with God - who is always right because he's like a bajillion times smarter than you.
Even if Obama renounces Islam and all its teachings, it would just make him a Muslim apostate, which is of course just a subcategory of Muslim.
As to the US not being governed by Islamic law, they regard our law as invalid because man-made law cannot supercede God's law, the point being that Islamic law trumps our Constitution, etc.
Perhaps Islam is so stubbornly persistant because it doesn't have a sign marked "exit", like a traffic circle that doesn't go anywhere.
