Like the title says. If you're reading this literally right now, you've got about 2 minutes to put on Comedy Central's The Colbert Report. JJ will be on talking about the film.

It was a pleasant surprise. At first when he was doing the movie countdown thing i was like WHERE IS STAR TREK? Nice to see that Trek wasn't forgotten. I should have figured since he had that TOS clip on earlier in the show lol. It was also nice hearing that loud cheer when Trek was mentioned

Well, you guys have the great weather and legalized herb. Our only consolation is that your coast will get to fall off into the sea before ours.

You spelled it wrong. He said he uses 5 apostrophes. You've got 6 in there.

Ditto. I notice Colbert's up on his Trek lore, knowing that the ear worms come from Ceti Alpha 5

I mostly enjoyed this little interview. I love Colbert and was excited to see that Abrams was on last night. I admit to being a bit disappointed in the piece, though. I didn't really find the Romulan bit all that amusing, and would rather have had more interview time with JJ. The crowd reaction to hearing 'Star Trek' was worth watching, though.

And Australis I noticed that, too. Nice to see :)

I just watched on the repeat, very funny episode all around. I liked Romulan Colbert. Colbert and Stewart have both proven to be true fans. Star Trek got a louder cheer than Wolverine!

Colbert is an outted nerd. He knows Dungeons and Dragons as well as Marvel Comics quite extensively. It's no surprise that he is also a Star Trek fan.
