10 Ways People Use (Or Don't Use) Their Dirctionals/Turn Signals

Well, at least you admit to trying to cause accidents.

I wrote my response in haste in response to people talking about not
using their blinker which there is no excuse for.

I don't try to cause accidents. If they don't signal properly(Which is the law)
I don't give them the room. I have no obligation to since they havn't asked
for it or alerted anyone of their intention to squeeze in which is dangerous.
If they don't want to signal me they can go do it to someone else and get
ticketed up there.

So what you do, is you see someone starting to change lanes if they don't have their blinker on is speed up to block them, probably get in their blindspot and hopefully cause them to get into an accident to teach those fuckers a lesson?

Because hey, it's the law!!

So you disregard my second post, good job.

It more than sufficiently explained so your wisecrack is unfounded.

By the way even if that's what I did it's no more dangerous or rude than
the asshole who completely ignores the fact there are cars in the other
lane who may not be expecting him and cuts in, creating a potentialy
dangerous situation or accidents, because they're worried they may not
be able to squeeze in otherwise.

Jolan Tru.

I speed up to block them if I see they want to change lanes and havn't
turned their signal on. It's the law, it's safe. And it's inconsiderate of
me or the people behind me who will rearend me when I have to slam on
my brakes so as not to hit lane changer.

Many times I can see that someone wants to change lanes and I'll wait
to see if they signal, if they do I politely give them space, or the above.

It may piss you off, but you're supposed to make room. You're not being a defensive driver when you've closed the gap from sufficiently braking in a panic-stop situation.

Suck it up and let law enforcement catch up to them, lest you exchange paint with the assholes.

Piss on that. I hate it when I leave a gap and some self-serving jack-ass tries to WEDGE in there. I've blocked more than one from doing that and I'll continue to do that. Those people are the true danger.

You're both the true danger if that's your attitude.

Sadly, part of being a responsible driver if learning to compensate for other people's poor driving. That does not mean blocking their path because they pissed you off.

I'm just amazed at some of the attitudes I see round here

Anger, prideful behaviour and cars do not mix.

^Kinda makes you wonder how many people on the road consider themselves good drivers when they are clearly not.

How do you know if someone's about to change lanes if they're not using their signal? Wouldn't it be when they start moving into your lane? If so, speeding up to block is like saying to the other car, "Please hit me!"

Do people in some areas really have car after car giving them no opening when they signal? That's some bad driving culture? Even Skeletor agrees that letting someone change lanes is common courtesy. :)

In that case, you're weak. Pull ahead, open your sunroof and launch that Super Big Gulp. Teach those ass-hats the lesson they deserve. Whoo-ahh

When you want to get even, get my advice.

I'm normailly a 5, but I do tend to do a 10 on occasion, as well. My boss, on the other hand, is quite fond of pulling a 4, I swear once he left the indicator on for a full five minutes, thereby also turning it into an 8, as he was still indicating right when changing into a left-hand lane. I often half-joke he needs to get the interior indicator lights changed to those lasers they put in laser pointers, that should get his attention!
