I too think Oumuamua is just a rock. I think people are being a bit wishful hoping it's more then just a rock.

Even so--it is the only object of any size that we KNOW came from another star system--so a trip to it is a de facto interstellar sample return mission. I think the Interstellar probe mission should have its trajectory:
